Most of my personal work centers around a human subject. For me, I see photographing people as an artistic collaboration, one that we can both find pride in the final product. However, landscapes are much more challenging for me. Without the obvious human presence, what stories can the land tell? I seek to unveil these stories, while also exploring what role landscapes can play in my own research. I want to highlight the shift between women’s role on the farm, to inside the home.
